Diwali 2026 Scratch & Win — Offer Terms & Conditions

This Diwali, Houzlook Interior Designers ("Houzlook", "we", "us") is running a limited-period promotion — "Bring Home More Than Just Interiors" — for homeowners who book their home interior project with us during the offer period. Eligible customers get a Scratch & Win card with a chance to win a gift: a 1-gram gold coin, a design mirror, a bedside table, or a wallpaper roll.

By participating in this offer, visiting a Houzlook Experience Center during the offer period, or redeeming a Scratch & Win card, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are in addition to and read together with Houzlook's standard Terms & Conditions.

What You Can Win

Every participating customer gets one scratch, and one of the above gifts is guaranteed per the terms below. Gift visuals are representative; actual design/finish is as per Houzlook's current in-house manufactured range.

1. Offer Period

• The offer is valid from 29 October 2026 to 10 November 2026 (both dates inclusive), unless extended, shortened, or withdrawn earlier by Houzlook as per Clause 8 below.
• The offer applies only to visits and bookings made in person at a Houzlook Experience Center during the offer period.

2. Who Can Participate

• Open to homeowners who visit a Houzlook Experience Center in person between 29 October 2026 and 10 November 2026.
• Eligibility for the Scratch & Win card is earned only on confirmed booking of a home interior project with Houzlook, with a total project value of ₹8,00,000 (Rupees Eight Lakh) or above, during the offer period.
• A "confirmed booking" means the Project Agreement is signed and the applicable booking/advance payment is made, as per Houzlook's standard payment terms.
• One Scratch & Win card per booked project/customer. Houzlook employees, dealers, and channel partners are not eligible to participate.

3. How the Scratch & Win Works

• Once a booking of ₹8 lakh or above is confirmed during the offer period, the Houzlook team hands over a physical Scratch & Win card at the Experience Center.
• The customer scratches the card to reveal one gift from the four listed in this page: a 1-gram gold coin, a design mirror, a bedside table, or a wallpaper roll.
• The gift revealed on the scratch card is final. Cards cannot be re-scratched, exchanged, or reissued once scratched.
• Gifts are not transferable to another person or project, not exchangeable for cash or any other product, and have no resale value.

4. Gift Fulfilment

• Gifts won (mirror, bedside table, wallpaper) are handed over along with the project at handover, or earlier at Houzlook's discretion.
• The gold coin, where applicable, is handed over through Houzlook's verified jewellery partner/process, subject to standard purity and hallmarking norms.
• This offer runs independently of, and does not reduce or replace, the standard project cost, payment schedule, or scope agreed in the Project Agreement.

5. What Every Houzlook Project Includes

These standard commitments apply to every Houzlook project booked during this offer, exactly as they do outside of it:

• End-to-end interior solutions — design, manufacturing, and installation under one roof.
• In-house manufacturing at Houzlook's own production facility.
• 11-year warranty on completed interior work.
• Transparent pricing with a detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) before work begins.
• 45–60 day project delivery timeline for a full home, as per the agreed scope and site readiness, in line with Houzlook's standard Terms & Conditions.

6. Cancellation, Refund & Recovery of Gift

• If a booking made under this offer is later cancelled, or if any amount paid is refunded to the customer for any reason, Houzlook reserves the right to recover the value of the gift already handed over (or the gift itself), either by adjusting it against the refund amount or by requiring its return.
• If the project value falls below ₹8 lakh after any revision to scope or billing, the customer becomes ineligible for the gift and Houzlook may recover it on the same basis.
• This offer is also subject to Houzlook's standard cancellation and refund policy.

7. Houzlook's Right to Modify, Forfeit or Void

• This offer, including the eligibility criteria, gifts on offer, and offer period, is solely at the discretion of the Houzlook marketing team and may be modified, forfeited, withdrawn, or declared void at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Houzlook may disqualify any participant or booking suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or any attempt to circumvent these Terms.
• Houzlook's decision on all matters relating to this offer — eligibility, gift allocation, forfeiture, or any dispute — is final and binding.

8. General Conditions

• This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing Houzlook discount, scheme, or promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Images used for this offer (poster, prizes) are for representation purposes and may differ from the actual product.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka or Bhubaneswar, Odisha, consistent with Houzlook's standard Terms & Conditions.
